A common thug who has personally dismantled his country's means of food production and starved over half his people, most of whom are dying from hunger, finds the time to attend a summit on world food security...??? An affront to common sense and an insult to the suffering masses in zimbabwe that they allowed this waste of space to take to the skies and travel to the Europe he and his ministers hate so much when electioneering...but not when the odd shopping trip for electronic goods can be squeezed in for him and his harlot of a mistress!!

Can't someone please do Africa a big favour and deploy a guided missile of the kind the yanks used on that other thug in Somalia a few weeks ago...and interrupt the return journey!!

Why are Italy letting him attend? There's supposed to be a travel ban preventing him and his family entering Europe. And why does Graceless need to go with him? Shopping trip for her no doubt.

Basically it has to do with some idiotic right enshrined in the UN charter which allows the ban to be suspended as long as he is attending UN business. Exactly what contribution he will have in the matter is anybody's guess but it cant be much to write home about. And yes, quite correct, what business has that shameless tart got to do other than traipsing around the shopping malls with the goons in tow not so much to protect her but to carry all the shopping bought with the money looted from the state coffers back home!!!

This is ridiculous and an outreage that this man attend a conference concerning food while many startve in Zimbabwe and I promise you he is not there out of genuine concern for his people. His wife well she is on a shopping spree of course..

The UN should be ashamed of itself for allowing him to come and well this shows me they support this man so why should we talk with them about helping resolve the situation. This man has killed many but the UN overlooks that to allow him to come to a conference which he is not there to help the people of Zimbabwe...

I'm blessed to say that I haven't had to endure that however, people in my family go through that sometimes. They also have to eat simpler meals and make do without meat as they used to. I have to eat simpler meals and go without meat sometimes because of the cost of living. I wonder to myself; if I was offered a bag of GMO grain that would feed me for a few days or; that I could plant that would ruin my land making it unable to produce further or worse still, that I could not replant in order to feed myself leaving me to ask for more,would I accept it? It's a diffucult decision be one that must be made.

From numerous personal testimonies given to me, I can attest that there is no question Mugabe is treating "his" people in the most harsh, unsympathetic, perhaps barbaric manner imaginable in order to keep them restrained and beholden upon the beloved Zanu-PF. If he were so loved in Zimbabwe as we're supposed to believe then why is he hated so much by so many? While he USED to be a 'hero' in Africa he is now a feeble-minded dictator who appears to be so terrified of losing his power that he will do anything to retain it. For all your protestations you cannot deny the fact that Zimbabwe is in a state of ruin; economically, industrially, socially and emotionally. Any honorable person would see this and realise that this cannot continue, as scores of people are suffering as I write this. Talk does not fill a stomach or warm a cold body, action does and the action called for here is a united Zimbabwe under a new dispensation and not the same old thing (over and over and over). It's time for a change in Zimbabwe and unless you can prove your worth by your actions being a "hero of the struggle" is valueless, the struggle is over, long over.

Mugabe is a thug, a criminal who has presided over the slaughter of his own people, the starvation of the same and the decimation of Zimbabwe's economy. Think: if democratic leaders were imposing sanctions upon your autocratic rule, wouldn't you pause to think you were doing some wrong? No, Mugabe is a Godless man, a man who judges everything by his own standards. To top it off, he is rascist! May God bring justice and freedom to Zimbabwe swiftly, at the hands of a true Christian leader.

I dont think there is anything wrong about President Mugabe attending this conference as he is the current legitimate President for Zimbabwe before Run off elections.
