Can Nigerians read pure TRIBALISM into this incredible avowal by Babangida and Buhari? TRIBALISM has been the guiding factor for the polity since independence and as Babangida and Buhari have shown corruption and stealing of state fund by certain rulers is not theft. It is living up to the expectation of TRIBALISM. TRIBALISM being an exclusion form of rule, that diferentiates 'WE' from the 'THEY', considers corruption and stealing not as theft as long as it is to the advantage of 'US' not 'THEM'. Without a drastic change of the Nigerian constitution to correct the existence of TRIBALISM in the polity, the country is DOOMED!
