Botswana, Zimbabwe, Angola, Namibia, Mozambique and Zambia have drafted a joint proposal to the United Nations Global Fund to Fight HIV, Malaria and Tuberculosis for malaria, the Southern African Development Community (SADC) regional coordinator for malaria programmes, Lieutenant Colonel Kaka Mudambo, has said.
