When is the country going to arrest the perpetrators of genocide withing the RPF/APR including Kagame and Kabarebe? There is no peace without real justice and there is no-one sided justice. It is called injustice and cannot be tolerated anywhere in the world. It is a shame that a newspaper like yours is a mouthpiece of people who have committed genocide: Kagame and his cronies.
