Any country in the world should indict people who commited genocide in Rwanda or elsewhere. Genocide is a crime against humanity and the world has the responsibility to arrest the perpetrators of such crimes irrespective of their political status. Head of states, judges, prosecutors, diplomats, officers and soldiers of all ranks should all be indicted if they have committed genocide anywhere under the sun. We remember people who were slaughtered in Yougoslavia, Congo DR/Zaire, Rwanda (Tusti and Hutu), Germany, Russia. People who have blood on their hands should be arrested full stop. No public or priviledged immunity. A killer is a killer
