Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies, popularly known by millions of Kenyan workers as Saccos, will be barred from money transfer business if a new Bill under discussion in Parliament is passed.

This is a clear war between cells in a body and the limbs of the same body. It is a war due to ignorance. The banks need saccos but the saccos do not need banks. How can the same country allow cellphone companies to transfer funds and bar saccos to do thi noble job? Please legislators, if this bill has not been voted into law STOP/REJECT it!
