THE Secretary to Bayelsa State Government (SSG), Mr. Gideon Ekeuwei yesterday lamented the inherent rot in the state civil service with particular emphasis on the Local Government Administration saying civil servants in the predominantly riverine state are more corrupt than political appointees.
