In my continued search for former SLPP Ministers in the erstwhile government of President Ahmad Tejan Kabbah, I have ended by locating the erstwhile Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Dr. Chernor Abdul Jalloh, who first served as Minister of Energy and Power in the same government.
