Uduaghan was SSG and is now the governor of the state. What concrete plans has he got for job creation for the teeming population of education hungry indegenes of Delta state to forstall the possible migration of hungry and well qualified graduates from ending up as criminals, or is he towing the Ibori line of personal enrichment? These forces are now coming home to roost. It could have been the governor, but poor policeman on a poor pay. Governors must now do a lot to restore the losses incured by the people due to the wreckless looting of public funds. These gunmen are now becoming more brazen in their attacks.
