The Kaduna State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (MPWB) may stop unaccompanied elderly persons from performing the annual pilgrimage to Mecca and Madina this year, the Executive Secretary of the board, Alhaji Abdullahi Mohammed Mukhtar has said.
