BAKASSI BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE OF BAKASSI, AND THE HAD SAID THE ARE NIGERIANS, WHATS THE FUZZ ABOUT ICJ GREEN TREE, BLUE TREE ETC, LET THE BLACK LEGS FRENCH MEN IN YAOUNDE GO TO HELLWITH THEIR NEW COONIAL EXPANSIONIS. THE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVE RIGHT NOW IS FOR CAMEROUN TO WITHDRAW FROM SOUTHERN CAMEROONS, THE LATTER HAVE NO TREATY WTH CAMERUN, THAT MADE IT ITS PROVINCE.

It is very typical of the Francopnoe regime of Yaounde to dishonour its commitments.I am not surprised that they have up to date not honoured the UN Human right commitee's ruling in Favour of Mr Njaru.A regime which on a daily basis is known to commit grevious crimes against humanity to its own people is a regime which must be severely handled by the international community. Many Cameroon Anglophones are on a daily basis being killed, tortured, mained, arbitrarily detained and denied of their basic and fundamental rights .As a close collaborator of Mr Njaru and as the Director of the Human Rights Education and Information Centre Kumba,Cameroon,I am an eye witness to the fact that Njaru was severly tortured on several occassions and almost lost his life. If the international community does not put pressure on Mr Biya and his band of demons Cameroon will suddenly be converted in a holocaust mill to the detriment of humanity.Let Mr Biya be reminded that he as an individualor his country Cameroon is not above international law because it is thesame Law that ceded the Bakassi peninsular to him.

I have suffered the same problems like mr Njaru just because i am a member of the Human Rights Defence Group and i criticed the government of cameroon for it`s action against unarmed citizens during the strike action that took place at the university of buea- cameroon. I was tortured almost to the piont of death by the security officials and was detianed for no just cause. I don`t why the international community has failed to react on mr biya`s policies in cameroon anyway nothing last for ever one day he will die and by GODC GRACE we shall have a leader who will hear our cry and restore human rights in cameroon.
