A torrid KCB Safari rally for Ugandan drivers concluded with Emmanuel Katto limping to 18th place yesterday. Katto broke his front suspension and was nursing the car all along after a gruelling 671 kilometres that took rally machines to Rift Valley and Eastern Province.
