Angola's Premier, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, Tuesday in Sharm-El-Sheikh, Egypt, held informal meetings with Libyan President, Mouhammar Kadhafi, as well as with the Presidents of Congo Brazzaville and Senegal, Denis Sassou Nguesso and, Abdoulaye Wade respectively.
