In Gisagara district - Southern province - bordering Burundi, Daphroza, 45, looks frail with a visible rush on her face and arms. She has a CD4 count or the immune system's strength at 180 - less than the 200 minimum. According to doctors, Daphroza's CD4 level is very worrying.
