The Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) today ordered the release of Thomas Lubanga Dyilo, after ruling that the Congolese rebel militia leader accused of recruiting child soldiers could not receive a fair trial.

That is the way it goes. How on earth peace will ever come to RDC? The decay of UN is expression of this backgoing behind Nuremberg trial after WW 2. ICC must remember this. Unable to deal with these matters, such outburst like Guantanamo beyond international comunity is symptomatic. L.
