Uganda: Japan Gives $6.5 Million for Rural Power - New Vision

JAPAN has provided $6.5m (about sh10b) for extension of power to rural areas in Masaka. The project, which involves construction of a 33KV line from Nyendo in Masaka town to Bukakata, will tee off at Lambu Landing Site and cover 53km. It will supply nine trading centres.

Rural development in Uganda and other parts of Africa is part of the solution to helping maintaining sustainable growth that will benefit Africa and the rest of humanity. Hence, the Japanese are making a good investment and let us hope that African leadership in Uganda will recognize that the African phrase, 'One hand can't clap,' has to be realized. That means that the newly emerging EAF (East African Federation) has to be brought to life.

It is with regional unification in East Africa, West Africa, Southern Africa, and the old Angola-Kongo kingdoms region (Equatorial Guinea to Angola) that Africa will flourish. See http : // blackafricanamericansunited . blogspot . com also see 'Susu Economics," http : // www . authorhouse.com and http : // www . myspace . com / sexyaa booksculture )

Africa can build a mutually beneficial relationship with Japan, China, Black America (300,000,000 people highly skilled and prepared to contribute to Africa's development, but usually not consulted, not invited and left to share their talents everywhere else but in much of Africa (Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Ethiopia, South Africa has used the talents of Americas-Africans, and thousands of inventions created and patented by African-Americans are being manufactured and produced in Asia ( particularly African-American beauty products, high tech inventions, and a wide range of goods THAT AFRICANS CAN ALSO BE PRODUCING - see http://www.blackhairDVD.org

Finally, IT IS SOMEWHAT IRONIC THAT THE JAPANESE ARE IN A PART OF EAST AFRICA, THAT THE ANCIENT BLACK ANCESTORS OF THE EARLIEST JAPANESE PEOPLE CAME FROM.

While it is accepted that the ancestors of today's Japanese came from Korea, or were Ainu of the North, Africans of the Anu and Bak groups established a great civilization in Japan about 10,000 years ago to the centuries before Christ. Their descendents remained in Japan as recently as the 8th century and their bloodlines remain in the people of Okinawa and some of the Ainu. (See http://nubianem.tripod.com/blackafroasia )

In fact, the ancient Africoids of Japan were related to Oceanic Negroes, Melanesians, Negritoes, the Black Anu (similar to people who live in Southern India and Australia's Aboriginal communities) and the taller Cushi Negro people as found in East Africa, Sudanic Africa and parts of Central Africa.

Added to that, the JAPANESE LANGUAGE at the prefix and suffix level is identical to THE PATTERN OF EAST AFRICAN LANGUAGES BETWEEN NORTH KENYA TO Mozambique and into places like Uganda. See http://members.tripod.com/pointingbird/lostfeatherintl/id59.htm

Although the typical African face has the largest variety of faces on earth (from 'Nordic' features in parts of East Africa to 'Mongoloid' features in Southern, Kongo-Central Africa and West Africa), the features found in some of Today's Japanese comes from the prehistoric African source. In fact, Japanese of the South should have been a type similar to Melanesians and Polynesians in features and height, had they not been invaded by people from the mainland since about 800 BC.

Apart from the Africoid/Negroid presence in ancient and prehistoric Japan. The rest of Asia from South Arabia to Southern China and into the South Pacific and Philipines was known as the 'Ethiopic Belt' (by the Greeks) or the Black Belt, because the entire region was recognized as the domain of the Black Negro race of five types: African, Oceanic Africoid, Indo-Negroid, Negro-Australoid and Negrito. All five of these Negro/Africoid people also settled the Americas from Canada to Argentina in prehistoric times up to this very day (and many are under genocidal attack in certain nations in South America, where they have lived long before Columbus arrived in the Americas). See 'Susu Economics," and 'A History of the African-Olmecs," http://www.authorhouse.com http://originalblacksofamericabeforecolumbus.blogspot.com

So, the Japanese may very well be helping Africans whose ancestors were instrumental in establishing the first cultures and settlements in Japan.
