It this a joke,PR stunt or real for Britain to set aside $250M to fight aids in Nigeria?Where did the money come from? Is it part of the Abacha disguised as foreign aid? I really do not get this when British schools, hospitals and social services are under funded thus making Britain the most violent criminally fested nation in Europe!! Look at the st the street peoples of Britain;why not invest money to ameliorate poverty in Britain!! What is Britain's track record for poverty alleviation in former colonies in Africa? Nigerian leaders must be careful for actions spaek louder than words. I mean, what has Britain done in terms of REPARATIONS for centuries of colonial robberies of African resources? Britain must offer $1 billion not this small change!!
