I wander where Mr.PelL koroma was when the previous regime was in power!! I would have loved to read more articles like this. It is good to criticise,but do it with some objectivity..It is a known fact that where productivity is expected,employees are to follow the guidelines of the employer or management,employees have annual appraisals those who do not meet the expected performance are either reprimanded or let go.In this case the PRESIDENT IS THE C E O,AND THE STATE the employer,should the company fail,the shareholdes will have to look for another chjef executive to head the company.You are an inteligent man,donot let the people think otherwise.The citizens of Sierra leone are the shareholders,because the last ceo failed them they took the required action.Let the ceo do his job.
