THE Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has ordered the restoration and retrial of the legislative petition filed by Chief Best Njoku of the All Nigerian Peoples Party (ANPP) against Chief Mike Iheanaetu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
