Look at mothers or single mothers who want, or are pressured in some way to work for an income, are to tired when they come home to make school sandwhiches,go to bed late wake up late and say to their school going children, sorry no time here is $ buy yourself something to eat.Any bet the food bought(maybe every day)is oily unhealthy fast food, which causes a gain in weight, because they are not nutritious one is constantly hungry, therefore always eating but never satisfied. This leads to heart disease because the extra weight(which most people think is healthy)is just to much of a strain on the heart.
