The Inspector General of Police, Sir Mike Okiro, was yesterday ordered by the House of Representatives Joint Committee on Capital Market Institutions, Banking and Currency, to arrest the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Mr. Ladi Balogun.
