We Gambians are suffering from Jammeh's cabinet,I think the Government should start this rules,before someone be a president they should checked their account and see how much they had in their account before being a president beause if someone is poor and be a president then am sorry for that country.

"There is nothing more certain in this world than death and taxes" This saying is famous and very true, Africa has to realise that its population must be taxed if it is to progress into the 21st century.Taxation must be fair some countries tax their population so much that there is very little left for the taxpayer after his work.The words of the president are good if the taxation authorities are allowed to implement all that has been said fairley.
