The chairperson of the Pan-African Youth Union (PYU), the Angolan Manquento Sebastião Lopes, has already arrived in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo to prepare the conditions for the holding of the organisation's second congress set for July 29 and August 01, Angop has learnt.
