The Angolan deputy minister of Social Communication, Manuel Miguel de Carvalho "Wadijimbi", said Thursday in Lisbon, Portugal, that the creation of the Public Television (TPA)'s International Channel is part of the country's natural development, particularly the media, as a result of six years of peace.
