A Danish national appeared before a London court on Monday on charges of transferring chemical and biological weapons to Mr Ananias Tumukunde, an aide to President Museveni who has been in the custody of British authorities for several weeks on charges of money laundering.

So much for fighting international terrorism with America. When will the international community call on these African thugs for who they really are: criminals. It shouldn't be that hard to see this appearing to align with the US is just a geopolitical strategy to evade or escape the international scrutiny.
How interesting of a story. What is Uganda doing with biological weapons and does the Commonwealth Chairman feel a bit embarrassed that his country is showing up on the rolls of arms smugglers (Victor Bout), illegal chemical and biological weapons trading (Tumukunde), has been banned from exporting the gold which Uganda steals from the Congo and so on and on...
It seems like the Ugandan government is immune to international law.
In the past, Uganda's biggest donors (like England) have removed funding for a short time and then promptly given it back.
Tony Blair for example, blessed Uganda's President Museveni's altering of the Ugandan Constitution in 2005 -- when Museveni bribed members of parliament to do away with term limits; after a short suspension of aid, Britain restored its funding to Uganda.
You can't hide the sins of a dictator for very long! Let the NRM keep getting caught, traveling on diplomatic passport isn't going to work any longer!
Has M7 run out of ideas after 20 years of relentless dictatorship ? It appears he is now turning into an African chemical Ali !
Uganda is a partner in the U.S.'s "war on terror." Perhaps the U.S. has chosen the wrong partner?
Mr. Tumukunde surely must have been acting on orders of his boss, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, who's nearly been caught "holding the bag."
