Let me begin by making a few disclaimers. First, I am a registered Democrat (for lack of a better alternative). Second, I support Barack Obama's candidacy for the presidency. Third, I believe that he will pursue a more enlightened foreign policy towards Africa than George Bush has and more importantly than John McCain would.

Senator Obama with grass root of Africa, he is not and will not represent Africa. What is important in his case, he is well educated individual who have a different prospective view than others. He himself had experienced many tough things in life and he could better understand the common people. Also he has far sighted individual for his country America, and in general for the world as a whole. He is young, energetic, and full of bright ideas, he is optimistic in a number of ways and can devote his time and energy for the well being of human beings. I for one, from many years of my past experiences I see him as hope for the future, and can also make a better change. At the same time, America who had years of color bias, this would solve the problem and make the country proud and put on top of the world. Thank you,
