Placing women in positions of political power can surely only improve conditions in Africa. The men have made a huge mess, haven't they, and many millions of innocent people have suffered for many years as a result of the lack of ability of their leaders? We can take an example from the President of Liberia, who is a woman. She has worked tirelessly and with integrity to improve conditions in her country. We need many more women like her in Africa. Most of the African leaders to date have been violent in nature, arrogant, autocratic, undemocratic and chauvinistic, which has proved many times over to be a recipe for disaster.
