Uganda/Ethiopia: Ochan Wants to Make U-Turn to URA Fold

URA FC is plotting to return Patrick Ochan whom they sold to St George of Ethiopia last season. St. George is said to be asking for $10,000 (sh16m) for the attacking midfielder.
