A legal practitioner in Sokoto, Barister Jibril Uwadiae has filed a suit at a Sokoto Upper Sharia Court against his client and former Democratic Peoples Party (DPP) candidate for the April, 2007 governorship election in Sokoto State, Alhaji Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi in connection with non-payment of the balance of N14million legal fees in respect of election petitions.
