Chairman of the defunct Hallmark Bank, Marc Wabara is yet to regain his freedom from the net of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) following his arrest last week by the anti-graft agency over alleged diversion of funds realised from oil blocs in the Joint Development Zone of Sao Tome & Principe and Nigeria .
