WIFE of Bayelsa State governor, Mrs. Alanyingi Sylva, has commend the wife of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Hajia Turai Yar'Adua for calling the attention of the wives of governors to the urgent need to reduce maternal and child mortality rate as required to meet the millennium development goals.
