The Central Regional National Democratic Congress (NDC) Propaganda Secretary, Mr Ben Allotey Jacobs, has descended heavily on the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate, Nana Akufo Addo, describing his strategy of using artistes on his campaign trail, as a hypocritical move to win his presidential bid.
