Bayelsa State chapter of the Civil Liberty Society (CLO) wants the Federal Government to set up a panel to investigate the circumstances that led to the killing of three persons among them a pregnant lady in the Southern Ijaw waterways of the state by men of the Joint Task Force (JTF).
