These NRMers are a bunch of liars. Your designs on Uganda are very clear, you are not fooling anybody except maybe a confused few. The reason you are slicing and dicing Uganda is because then its is easy to conquer it. Everybody can see how instead of having a concerted and united opposition to NRM tyrany there is disparate cacophony of noises in the socalled parliament that amounts to a circus. NRM has and is destroying Uganda systematically. The sooner they are removed from power the better for Uganda. It is only your dictator Museveni who decides who gets a district and who doesn't, largely those who get it get it because they promise to continue voting for him, while he is destroying the country.
