The Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Hon. Enoch Teye Mensah has stated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has a better track record than the New Patriotic Party (NPP), because it was during the days of the Provisional National Defence Council (PNDC) which gave birth to the NDC, that a solid foundation for the economic take-off of the country was laid.
