CHIEF of Defence Staff, Air Marshal Paul Dike, Chief of Army Staff, Major General Abdurahman Dambazau, Naval Chief, Rear Admiral Ishaya Ibrahim and Chief of Air Staff, AVM Oluseyi Petinrin all took over command of the armed forces yesterday even as it emerged that they have all been promoted to the next ranks.
