While on Lesser Hajj, Yar better pray harder for God's forgiveness for his sin of cancelling the construction of health care facilities in every local govt areas of the federation that OBJ planned to cater of the poor (99% of the electorates - Yar's boss). Even the Quran teaches care of the poor as a bedrock of Islam. A self described "Servant Leader" that do not care a hoot about the number of poor Nigerians dying everyday for lack of basic health treatment of preventable diseases like Malaria, does not deserve the anxiety of the nation in return except among the less than 5000 "ruling elites" that have held 140 million Nigerians hostage in their own land for even daring to criticise their tormentors.
We hear that Mr president did survive the operation that you're reporting is it true or false ? his he alive or dead?
Taiye (London. UK)
Give us an update, the high comssioner,s office here in London have got no clue but the rumour is intesfied that "he didn't make it,
Taiye NB; nothing insultive about this, I just need to know what is true & what is false, is the man dead or alive?
I wishes my beloved president quick recovery we Nigerians love him very He is a good leader
As a Zambian Citizen, I also wish your Beloved President A Quick Recovery. It is my prayer to God that He (GOD) look after AFRICAN PRESIDENT and remove the spirit of getting sick and dying.
I also still mourn my beloved President who left us while on duty- MHSRIP.
I again thank all AFRICAN STATE LEADERS for their cooperation in mourning and paying Last Respect to our LATE President Mwanawasa SC.
We are all one in Christ Jesus, Your problem is our problem.
Wish you the best.
I wish a quick recovery for president Umaru . Nigeria dispite its oil wealth had its share of economic and security issues. But unlike my own country Somalia that is plagued by war and by the illegal presence of Ethiopian troops in Somali soil , iam sure Nigeria will come through these testing times and i hope Somalia also gets the attention of the world community who had turned their backs on us over decades for no apparent reason. My fellow continent men do not let outsiders decide your own destiny , sort out your differences in a civil way or even in the African way where the wise men take the lead and come up with viable plans.
The president deserves prayer from all Nigerians. My brothers and sisters; remember that ailment is from the Almighty God, so if you are happy with it forget one day it will be you. As for Obasanjo who thiks he brought Umaru becouse of his personal vendetta, surely the evil that men do, lives wiyh them. Even if the president dies( as every living soul must die)God will bring a man of integrity who loves Nigeria and its citizens, a man who will take everyone along for a sustainable development of our dear nation. a word is enough for a wise......
I wish Yaradua a quick recovery. We knew the truth that he was hospitalised inspite of the denyals from his officials. Unfortunately this only goes to buttress the fact that Yaradua is simply not ready nor healthy enough (incompetent) to lead this Nation Nigeria with the miriads of chalenges facing us. Yaradua's health is weak and deteriorating (no fault of his). Leading a country like Nigeria needs a very healthy and tough man.The country is drifting under the weak Yaradua. Yaradua should do himself some good by resigning from the presidency, holding a transparent election, and handing over to a more competent, purposeful and pragmatic leader that this country desperately needs at this point in time. Failure to do so, am afraid he might die in power like Mwanawasa of Zambia. Yaradua is supposed to be a good man (as people say). If so, then he should be kind enough to realise that he is simply not fit enough for this presidency. No thanks to Obasanjo for this mess. It seems OBJ wanted to purnish Nigeria for refusing his (unnacceptable) third term bid. May God help us in this country.
