THE PEOPLE'S National Convention (PNC) Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central Constituency, David Apasera, has called on the voting public to vote his party to power in the upcoming elections, to bring affirmative change into their lives and the nation's economy. According to the MP, Ghanaians have tested other political parties and it was now time for them to embrace the PNC too.
