Following the publication of the original story a reader wrote to The Daily Observer and recieved a reply that gave the impression that the Daily Observer did not want ANY interaction with its readers and that the paper was a place for information and nothing more.The response given is on the following link.

REMEMBER,its not about you,its not about Anglicans,it's not about the bishop,its not about stipends,or anything else for that matter,it is all about GOD.
I feel that the Daily Observer newspaper could have given this article a slightly softer headline,what the priest has failed to do,according to the article,is to do as he was told by the Bishop and go on a posting that he presumably did not wish to take up.perhaps something along the lines of Priest told to hand in his licence,might have been better.
