The project of micro-credit and credit for consumption of the Angolan government, launched in September 2005 and mainly designed for rural areas of the country, is a useful tool in a process of combat to hunger, misery and extreme poverty, because it made people become self-employed, considered in Luanda, the CEO of Sol Bank, Coutinho Nobre Miguel.
