Mozambique's main opposition party, the former rebel movement Renamo, on Friday afternoon delivered the nomination papers for its municipal election candidates to the Maputo offices of the Electoral Administration Technical Secretariat (STAE), the electoral branch of the civil service, just one and a half hours before the deadline expired.
