After a woeful display on the European athletic event circuit this season that culminated in a disappointing eighth place finish in the just concluded Rotterdam half marathon, Rwanda's long distance ace Dieudonne Disi has switched focus to the 3rd edition of the IAAF World half marathon due in Rio de Janiero, Brazil on October 12.
