hello, hope all is good. i have read about the ICT Article published in the monitor though at a later period after the publication. thank God that Uganda is now realising. i wasn't so clear with the way student or the teachers get to sign up for these laptops. many of us are yes aware of the saying moving in the country but up to now, we are still waiting for the procedure of obtaining the system. i am a finalist in BSc QS at MUK but since i heard of this , i have even reached an extent of giving up. please let the people concerned be cleare rather than reaching particular offices and then announcing that students are benefiting. thanks
