The Waki Commission on post-election violence was on Wednesday putting final touches to its report as it emerged that over 80,000 people who were affected were still languishing in camps around the country.

If someone reveals some rotten thing done say at central bank or at some other place, say de la rue, then the best we can do is threaten him or her with the secrets act. Is it worse to reveal a little secret than to mess with the livelihoods and job security of thousand of citizens ,say kenyans or lesothoans, even if they are mere waiters or just deputy guv'ners?
