AS A former Congress of South African Trade Unions general secretary, a defiant Gauteng Premier Mbhazima Shilowa followed the workers' slogan "an injury to one is an injury to all" when he resigned after his boss was "unfairly" dismissed by the ruling African National Congress (ANC).
