Bro. Rafil,
I is so good to get your words as you have written. I am now in the belly of the beast that devoured our motherland. You are so correct and on point that I hope you talk with your peers to spread your message until it covers the whole land of africa. As a teacher of African Past I was wondering if we as a people had gotten any wiser about dealing with the whitefolks who only want to help africa. America feels she owns the entire african continent. As an African born in America the idea of the US having military bases there is only for what the American business man wants from africa. They have no love for our people there. A prime example of the US Military helping free african people is the case in south america where they vitually had enslaved the entire central and south america countries where black and brown people were the majority. One great african american historian John G. Jackson once said "the best way to deal with whitemen is to have the ability to kill them." Until africa gets to that point they will never get the respect they deserve or desire from white men. You Bro. need to listen to tapes from our great teachers such as Dr.Cheikh anta Diop-Senegal,John H. Clarke-USA, Ivan Van Sertima-Granada,Dr. Yosef Ben-Jochannan-Ethopia,Dr. John G. Jackson-USA,and most definitely listen to Dr. Frances Cress Welsing and her presentation of the Cress Theory. And Brother note this we are comming. that is the conscientious minded Africans from the USA. We are comming home. you can email me at adam1x2003@yahoo.com...Peace to all the Peaceful ones
Brother it's too late! WE have no one, OUR leaders are weak and incompetent, they don't know how to govern, can't govern though we've had the continent to ourselves for over a decade. The world can't live without the resources OUR AFRICAN CONTINENT. The African leaders leave their people to live in slums, eat out of garbage heaps on street corners, OUR BABIES, FUTURE OF AFRICA BEG AND SLEEP ON THE STREETS, have NO power, NO running water, OUR enviroments soaked in oil while OUR live stock and fish are dying from enviromental damage brought on by oil companies. All the while the African leader spent time breaking down OUR people, won't hear OUR cries, won't educate US, won't speak for US, won't allow US the fruits of OUR labor and OUR LAND. To the outsiders WE are too weak to defend OURSELVES and besides the OUR leaders are at war with OUR people. GOD sent help to get the job done. AFRICA WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.
Please know that not all Americans, not even all white Americans, want to pillage the African continent. You are right not to trust our government(s)! You are right to oppose our military installations and our imposition into your national affairs, and you are right that for half a millennium Europeans and Americans have been doing this. You have suffered from it, but also we suffer from the results of our past sins. I am an American, and white, and of Dutch descent, but I oppose the militarization of our own nation and the way we seek to dominate by that military power. And our military power is itself dominated by the power of the wealthy who have the ears of the government and can sway it to act in their behalf. Peace to you, true peace.
It is annoying to hear that the American administration is creating US AFRICOM despite oppositions from our reasonable leaders. They should go and create USCOM for themselves. They should leave us alone because Africa had been existing without US AFRICOM, if they and their military had lost in the Middle East and could not get enough oil, then they should not steal our natural resources by force. Instead, they can bargain with African countries for more supply rather than turning Africa into battle ground for foreign powers with selfish interest or another battle ground as Middle East – killing our children in the name of militants and terrorists. It is clear that they want to put the continent into another slavery - despite the natural riches, Africa is suffering from economic slavery from some of these foreign powers; most of our people are poor due to unhealthy relationships between these theives and our corrupt and naive leaders. The resources meant for development are exchanged for weapons, aiding civil unrests and blood for oil or gold, they are the cause of most of the problems and poverty in Africa. They are helping us to fight corruption, but some of them can allow the transfer of a nation’s budget into their countries by our corrupt leaders, but there is small limit of money you can transfer home if you are staying in their countries. Thanks to the different World bodies and the innocent people involved in peace missions and delivering of aids to people that are suffering in Africa and the World, we appreciate the efforts of these heroes – both living and dead. I believed this is where American leaders and its military should contribute more and stop deceiving themselves with US AFRICOM that is meant for siphoning our oil because of the new discoveries and their failure in Middle East. We don’t want US AFRICOM, it should be erased.
Won,t these people leave us to our fate and stop intruding into our continent and lives. No matter the reason for wanting to station a standby force, we did not ask for it and ultimately don,t want a force like this in our backyards.Ironically, Africans were not consulted before the creation of such a force, why try to lump it down our throats. We know that if you want to help protect somebody the recipient has got to know of it initially, and protection from whom, them(west) of course. We don,t need your protection and stop coming to steal using another pretext,we,ve had a full dose already, or, Africans should henceforth, get ready to defend the motherland with all we,ve got.Invasions, banditry, stealing of people and raw materials, distabilisation of Govts, divide and rule, Africa has seen it all and why should we trust the world? for us the new generations, from all we,ve seen of this world and how it works forget about our trust, our ancestors gave it and paid a high price.Africans of today please don,t ever trust wolfs in sheeps clothing, we have every reason in the world not to ever again hand our beloved motherland to a bunch of maurading, vicious and thieving race out to make life hell for us like has been the case over a period of 500 years. We,ve had enough and want to be left alone to our fate,we hope you hear us because we,re ready to defend our birthright.Believe it or not, Africans collectively will live up to the responsibility of protecting herself when the chips are down. It,s unbelievable what can happen inthis world with people and some foreign Govts taking the laws into their hands.Let us be, we cry out.
