Chairman, Senate Committee on Aviation, Senator Anyim Ude, said the Senate would henceforth monitor expenditure of the N78 billion Bilateral Air Services Agreement (BASA) Fund, which the Presidency has just transferred to the National Civil Aviation Authority (NCCAA).
