Indian owned Global Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (GINL) has threatened to sue the Chairman of the Interim Management Committee of Ajaokuta Steel Company Ltd, Engineer Philip Umunnakwe, over allegation it owes Nigerian banks N23 billion.
