From home-grown jazz artistes like Pragmo and Isaiah Katumwa to international jazz artistes like Joachim Schonecker, Kampala is enjoying a jazz renaissance of sorts. And this weekend, for the first time in Uganda, there will be a two-day Jazz Festival.
