The International Criminal Court (ICC) today called for renewed international efforts to arrest the top leaders of the Ugandan rebel Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) after a series of recent attacks in neighbouring Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in which dozens of civilians have been killed, scores of schoolchildren abducted and tens of thousands displaced.

Ocampo has turned ICC into International Court of Corruption. Everyone, including the Human Rights Watch, agree you have taken sides in the Ugandan conflict. Exactly what laws is the ICC implementing ? The conflict in Uganda has two sides: the LRA and the UPDF, both of which are culpable. But when ICC are dined and wined by the Ugandan government this is the kind of justice one expects -- justice Mexican style. Ocampo and the ICC have lost credibility, unless the persuit the Ugandan army, UPDF, criminals too.
